Retail Booth Vendor for Ypsi Vegan Fest 2025 presented by VegMichigan

$100.00 USD

You want to be a featured RETAIL BOOTH VENDOR (this includes sealed, prepackaged foods vendors) at this year's Ypsi Vegan Fest presented by VegMichigan? That is GREAT news!

For Retail Booth Vendors, we are doing a flat fee this year of $100. This is better for everyone - no pesky figuring out percentages afterwards (we learned the hard way) LOL

By paying today, you understand and agree to the following:

  1. The Vendor agrees to participate as a food, retail, and/or non-profit vendor at the Ypsi Vegan Fest and provide items that are 100% Vegan.
  2. The Vendor will be allocated a designated space, which will be assigned by the Event Organizer.
  3. The Vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including tables, chairs, food preparation and serving equipment, and any additional requirements for their stall. No power is available to vendors.
  4. The Vendor shall only sell and serve vegan food items that do not contain any animal products or by-products.
  5. The Vendor agrees to not use styrofoam or non-recyclable plates, napkins, and cutlery.
  6. This is a non-refundable fee, which will only be returned if the event is cancelled by Eastridge Enterprises, LLC (the event coordinator).

When we receive your payment, we will send you the details for the day of event (arrival times, map, contact for Washtenaw Health Department if you need it, etc).

Call, text or email Jen (Eastridge) with any questions you have! Reach her at 734.660.2778,

We are SO excited for this year’s event, and we CAN’T WAIT to see it all come together in such a BIG WAY and can't wait to have you be part of it!

P.S. Any vendor can become a Participating Vendor Sponsor at a HUGE discount! Click HERE to see what that looks like!

*We wanted to let you know that our payment pages for Ypsi Vegan Fest are on the UnicornFeedSupply.com platform because it is under the Eastridge Enterprises (event coordinator) umbrella. Since Jen closed Stone & Spoon last year, this was the best way for us to make this happen.
